Job description
The primary purpose of the post is to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to functions within Research and Innovation including: supporting research study set-up and delivery, supporting events management, monitoring finance, rostering and training systems, and general administrative and secretarial tasks. This role will be based in the Research & Innovation offices at Central Park Hub, Newton Heath.
- Internal and external liaison with individuals and teams across the Trust and more widely.
- Providing administrative support for events and publicity.
- Carrying out a range of admin tasks to support the effective delivery of clinical trials, including data entry.
- Supporting financial tasks, including requisitions, invoice confirmation and petty cash.
